The first stop you should make when visiting Land Between The Lakes is the Golden Pond Visitor Center.
You'll see an exhibit room of historic photographs and interpretive centers showcasing the history and heritage of the area that was once known as "between the rivers". You'll even learn about Native Americans and the tribes that called this area home hundreds of years ago.
Additionally you can experience the Golden Pond Planetarium for a small admission fee or browse the Land Between The Lakes Gift Shop.
There's always friendly staff during regular hours to help you answer questions about LBL's attraction and activities. You can also purchase camping, fishing and hunting permits here at the Visitor Center.
